Dread disease claim

I have a Life cover with Sanlam which I pay every month without fail. In the policy documents there is a part that states that if it happens that I get diagnosed with dread disease I will get a compensation. In April unfortunately I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I started the process of claiming. I submitted all required docs but till today I have not had any feedback from them. May you please assist me with my claim.
