Dr declared unfir to work Sanlam states ypu are healthy go work

I have 2 paid up annuity policies. According to law you cant withdraw befote the age of 55 UNLESS due to ill health as per their website qouted. I have been declared by a Professor/Internis/speacialist Doctor unfit to work for a year then to review again. My blood results alone states how sick i am. With my auto immune disease and recovering from Delta Covid (hospitalised) and recovering from the death of my husband due to covid Sanlam still denied the payout. The Total is less than R80 000. I am in constant pain, i have major depression, hospitalised numerous times in psyciatric treatment also caused by my thyroid after radioated iodine. Sanlam this might be a small amount for you but i can pay for medication and get help that i need especially after the death of my husband and loss of his income. I was advised annuity will only pay out if you have 3 months to live.
