DOUBLE DEDUCTION
Dear Sanlam,
You deducted 2 months premiums and I am up to date with my payments. Your consultant told me it's for May's premium but in the same breath she advised payment has been received on 25 June.
I need my funds back as there is debit orders that need to go off and my childs school fees needs to be paid.
