Double debit order deduction from Sanlam GoTYME

Just when I thought within my blind rage that the double debit order issue was resolved on my Sanlam GoTyme loan lo and behold they went and did the inevitable of deducting R1966, 73. I appreciate the attention received yesterday and that I've erred, but I've just checked my bank statement again this afternoon and somehow the gremlin crept into the system and conveniently changed the naming of the deduction although my initial loan was settled. Please can this urgently be corrected
