Don't submit your claims online!! Assupol is unreliable.
Assupol isn't reliable. I have submitted a claim on the 25 July 2020 online and we still haven't received our payment (3 August 2020). We had to conduct the funeral from our own pockets and that is unacceptable!! There is nothing so frustrating than to deal with a loss of a loved one and to have to fight with Assupol for money that is supposed to assist with the funeral. You have let us down ASSUPOL!!
