don't know what they're doing

I understand Sanlam is now a new Vodacom pension fund administrators and referred me to them regarding my tax certificate after deductions from my pension fund and someone from Samoan wrote back saying i must contact Vodacom which is their client. Sanlam client relations officer must ask if she/he doesn't know what is happening within its organisation, because Vodacom doesn't administer its employees pension fund. I need that copy as soon ad possible
