Dont go with sanlam. They are *****

Dont go with sanlam ever.

My mother passed away 1 year and 3 month ago.

First we struggle to get the policy of my mother at sanlam for more than 9 month. Thats ***** in my eyes. But anyway they got it after big fights with attorneys and everything

Now they did it and PPS the administration of sanlam send sanlam all the documents for sanlam to pay out on the 9th of Oct.

I called PPS and they said it would take 5 to 12 working days for the policy to pay out. Today is the 12 worling day. Yesterday alll of a sudden no one can help me . I phoned pps and sanlam and they dont lnow even whats going on in there own business.

Sanlam say yes they can see the documents was send the 9th but was not even looked at and not payed.

Its really a bad business do not join them. I know of people close to me also struggling or have struggled with sanlam. Then i send email to sanlam en PPS but why would they answer me they dont even care. I send about 6 email and not even 1 of them replys. They dont care about you they are a ***** company that wants to keep your money so they can get more money.

Dont join them go with someone els instead.

Would never recommend PPS or sanlam to anyone ever again. The carelessness got me that you guys dont even care.
