DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS

8 years ago, i met a with financial advisor who sold my wife and I a life policy with cash back. They said we get all our premiums back after 15 yrs. 8 yrs later i want an update on the predicted cash back amount. They won't provide this. Their complaint dept wont reply and 3 financial advisors have gone Awol, and refuse to provide the info. To exacerbate the situation, both our policies were cancelled without any authorization. Once again the company refuses to provide any information on who and why they authorized this. I have approached the ombudsman who can't seem to provide any info either. Imagine on payout day. .... but when you inquire online to take out a policy, you get a call in about 5 minutes. Don't go near these guys
