Does Sanlam still have capability to answer a call still before we reach the year 2027.

I wondering does Sanlam still exist in terms of capabilities to answer a call to for example their ***number. Holding whole day for up to a hour at a time with no answer from a human . Only noise and experiencing high call volumes and how great they are.
