Does Sanlam have Financial Advisors or are we sold a Dream ?

I am rather disappointed by how the contact centre and supposed financial managers one can access through request .

17th October I called requesting a sit down with one of the Financial Advisors, the 1st person was rather helpful and assured me one of the FA will be in contact to make an appointment for Monday . As I mentioned that I will be bringing a plus 1 who also is interested in the products . No one called me to confirm Mondays appointment ( need I mention that the plus one took time off work in the hopes for the sit down ) .

I requested a call back and only got called back on Tuesday 21st Oct to repeat the events panning from Friday in hopes that they will understand the urgency . Fast forward I requested calls back for the rest of the week on end - where they responded and again i mentioned me and my plus one have a Friday open and willing to sit down with a FA within proximity . Its approaching lunch time and there is still No Financial Advisor call back to confirm the appointment for today .

Its disturbing how many people i have spoken to and all the escalations that were done from the friendly staff in the contact centre . No one from the Financial Advising Team has called .
