do not want to pay claim
Horrible service I have received thus far from SAFRICAN INSURANCE I have put on a claim on the 4th may to date nothing I have been told to email again the documents no luck .doing follow up I have been sent from pillar to post .and my premiums been debited .I am not happy

28 May 2021, 11:42i am writing this again in a heavy heart thinking you will get help but nothing after writing this review i got a call from esinako ,but today i call for a follow up she is not at work and seemingly since she is not at work i can not be assisted how sad is that i had to call their office twice to only learn that, till now i have not had anyone to call me and resolve my matter even after explaining all the details of my query regarding a claim SAFRICAN does not wat TO pay. PLEASE CALL ME AT ***

31 May 2021, 10:32this is really starting to annoy me honestly will my claim be paid out to me or not i have never received such false promises like this after friday when speaking to some other lady sweet lady from claims promising the pay out will be on monday,till this time nothing can i be contacted please at ***
