Do not take out investments plan/policies with Sanlam

They don’t even deserve a star. Worst customer service. I took out an Educational trust for my son and was supposed to be paying R500 per month. To my surprise Sanlam deducted two amounts R500 (which was authorised) and later deducted R1000 (unauthorised). This went on for 3 months until I contacted them on the 30th May 2022. Till today my issue has not been resolved. I had to reverse my R500 premiums and cancel the plan. I still have not received my refund, instead they keep extending the date to resolve my matter. Do not use their services to invest your money I no longer trust them with my money. I am also going to cancel my life policy with them.
