do not take gap cover from sanlam as you struggle to get your money with every claim

WOW everytime like everytime you submit a claim to sanlam for your gap cover they need different documents.

FIrst i have a co payment on a procedure at Lenmed last week. Now they need the medical aid statement etc etc i have send the proof from my medical aid that this is my co payment so now i need to wait forever for every department from the hospital etc to complete their parts of the paper work before getting all the final paper work.

now they ask me for a claim report for dr selemela with the account from doctor selemela now again they want a statement this was only claimed in January although i have been there 31st december 2021 so now again i need to wait another 2 weeks in order for this to show on a new statement for it to reflect although i HAVE sent the claims report from my medical aid where it shows it has been short paid.

I had 2 co payment letters from 2 hospitals which i have send to my gap cover, previously i submitted that form and they processed my claim now for every claim there is an issue to get my money. really please peeps do not take gap cover from them you will have issues with every single claim. i wish i could have added emails of the letters from my hospital co payments and send all proof of emails previously so people can see
