DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SANLAM REALITY!!

When I took up my fedhealth medical aid last year, I took up Sanlam reality and within 2 months I cancelled my membership due to lack of communication...

In Jan , the naive me decided to change my mind and sign up with them as i felt I could use their benefits , I sent an email on the 16th Jan , and was told the system could not pick my name up regardless of the fact that my cancellation had just been over a month...

Anyway to get to the point , On the 18th Jan I was sent a form by a Natasha Groepies to fill in , which I did and sent back on the same day. I advised that I wanted my D/O to go off on the 26th of every month and not the 1st . Natasha then forwarded the forms and my instruction to ********** and ********** on the very same day. ( Reference number: - ********** )

Can you believe that till this day no one has bothered to even contact me or even so to register me (a full month later)

How do you even sign up with such a rewards offer when they act like they are doing you a favor.

So please when you eventually contact me , please make sure that you consider my application to register as null and void as I am no longer interested in taking this up , I am sure there are other rewards providers who will be happy to have me as a member.

I now realize why I cancelled my membership in the first place
