Divorce Claim - Sanlam Umbrella Provident Fund

This issue has now been ongoing for over 2 months regarding a divorce claim

I called your client care this morning, spoke to Itumeleng - did not even provide his surname he was so quick to hang up. Not very helpful, spoke over me did not even show any empathy whatsoever to my query. I'm really disappointed at the service thus far.

Can someone state what the hold up is, over 60 days has lapsed since this divorce claim was submitted?

My attorney rep**** to Sanlam 2nd November 2023 and we received an acknowledgement of the email but I haven't heard from Sanlam ever since.

This is really frustrating and has gone over and beyond with the back and forth. No one can give me a direct answer as to what the issue is.
