Dissatisfied with service

I claimed a part withdrawal from my Tax Free Savings on the 6 June 2023. I was told I will be paid on the 20 June 2023. No payment was made 14 days later. I called today and I was told they need my Tax number. I provided it and now I am waiting for another 14 days for something reason which is not my fault. Someone just couldn't care less whether I am paid out on time or not. This just boils down to inconsiderate and appalling service and I would wish it on anyone else. The person processing my claim just has better things to do.
