Dissatisfied with assupol

I went to update my policies today at assupol,only to be told that I took a policy in 2023 of which I did not. Apparently I insured my 11 year old daughter with R20000 ,that I know nothing about,the signature and the handwriting was mine yet in 2023 I never took any policy and I don't even know the sales consultant,and again there was an amendment made on policy.Two People that I'm not related to and don't even know were included in that policy. The lady who was helping me told me that the amendment was done in Durban yet I'm residing in Free state . The signature and the handwriting on the application is the same as mine yet I know I didn't take any policy. I was told that I will only be refunded the premium for the two people that were insured and as for my daughter's premiums they are not promising anything as everything seems legit.
