Dissatisfied beneficiary

Please reply to trust beneficiaries on time. Why is it that everytime I need something I must always take drastic measures. You call, but calls are not being answered, I send emails and no one responds. But as soon as I take a drastic measure everyone responds and promises to release funds and never do. This is really unacceptable and you can do better than that. Right now I am stranded in another province because I was told funds would be released and here I am still awaiting without accommodation in a different province. Please attend to this
