Dissatisfaction

I had a very frustrating experience with assupol. I have a tax free account with them, when there came a time for me to claim my money, I had to actually wait a full 8 working days to get my money and the promise is 3-7 working days,after multiple lengthy calls with their consultants trying to see where the hold up is, having to drive there and physically ask if my claim was being attended to and still nothing was being done. you guys these people are taking us for fools with their fancy television ads.

I'm thinking of even closing that account and taking my money somewhere else because they are just pure ********. It happened to you aren't an exception.
