Dissappointing service from Assupol

Very disappointing service ever. I signed a policy with assopul with the date they have to debit my account and they never debit as per the contract I signed with them, I complaint to them when they did, and requested that they pay the penalty fees that incurred they ignored my complaint and sent me SMS's of changes to the debit order date. I emailed them again they ignored me I escalated my complaint to FSP ombudsman they quietly refunded the penalty fees and never bother to apologies. they did the same thing again now. maybe if they learn to respect the client's contract and do that this would not be happening. what a disrespect from such a huge FSP. I need my money back that you debited on the wrong day ASAP

Ntebo Moyo was the consultant who update details without acknowledging their wrong doing nor paying the penalty fees that I was charged and later on never got back to me with a decency of apology. after taking the matter to ombudsman they just paid me quietly still. that why they will continue to disrespect us because they see nothing wrong in going against what we signed for. all policies have date to debit that not when it suits the FSP. I
