Disrespectful legal department

I made a settlement payment on my personal loan through vericred on the 25/02/2025,when I called sanlam on Thursday I was told that the money will reflect on Friday of which I did not call and only called on Saturday and the lady who helped told me that she'll ask legal department to assist with paid up letter.Monday 03/02/2025 when I called I received a bad treatment from a lady from legal department with condescending behavior, it is not my duty to ensure that the vericred has transferred money to sanlam account,all I need is my paid up letter.the lady I called on Saturday took my email address and advised that my credit score will be updated after 30 days of receiving the letter
