Dishonest sanlam sky and chaneel life

I have a funeral policy(***1) with sanlamsky/channel life for over 10 years the policy diduction have been increasing and the benefits are not .i last year November i made them aware of this and they told all i need to do is write them a letter to effect or adjust my benefits as per my request. Because for over 10 years i did not recieve any policy adjustments for the benefits all they kept on doing was increase my monthly payments .my request was receive my sanlamsky and the changes were made and my policy benefit adjusted as per my request but to my horror the new monthly installments was double up way too much .

And i was disgusted by the way the company handled my issues they failed to even give proper reasosning and answer as to why they have done this .why so much increase while i had no policy benefits increase since 2006 inception of this policy. They have failed me and where never upfront or thruthfull.they are just a bunch or ******* and dishonest people. They have been using delay tactics and ignoring me and my email instead of us sorting this out.

My policy debit was increased from 250 to 325 and now they debit me all most 700 . When i ask them to explain this no one care to do that .i was told my installment will be reversed bck to 325 and i will get back my 700 .to my honor they said i will not be getting bck that 700 becasue i was in arrears. Before all of this i was never inform or made aware if such arrears .

So can helo peter help me get to the bottom of this .and uncover what is really happen to my policy
