Dishonest Sanlam retirement annuity

I've been trying to transfer my sanlam retirement annuity since July 2021. I called up sanlam life and was first told that they have not received any documents and that the email address *** is not part of Sanlam. She later corrects herself and says that it is part of Sanlam retention department. We've provided all documents to *** and they have not actioned the transfer of retirement annuity. I find the modus aperandi lacks ethics and operates almost like a ****.
