Disgusting service

Sanlam is useless shame. I have been calling everyday just to get feedback on my pension pay out with no luck. Firstly u have to be prepared to hold for 2 hours online just to be told they cannot help. Why do we pay them admin fees if they cannot assist and they have our contributions.All they know is to collect and use our monies but when u need your money they tell you to tell the employer to send documents. It's been mire than 5 weeks and im being told there's delays because of the Two pot system. How is that my problem? I pray my next employer doesnt use Sanlam since they support these spiteful companies.
