Disgraceful operators and service!

Sanlam's service is absolutely disgraceful! I cannot believe how inconsiderate they are and especially to the elderly! They are treating my grandmother like she is a ********, after her retirement they are making her jump through multiple hoops despite her age and condition which was conveyed and absolutely no one is willing to accommodate the circumstances! I am releasing my own policies from Sanlam and I intend to spread the word of their incompetence!
