Disgrace and disgusting company

What a disgrace company. My husband has more than one policy with them. All active, he has been so loyal with them. But they failed to pay him in one funeral policy that is one week away to maturity. They just can't be lenient to their loyal client. Even if they pay not the full amount that was going to be fine with us. Wow what a disgrace company. What makes matters worse they don't even want to pay back his premium.
