At the door she was asked questions and she openly declared that she had previously tested positive for covid but had finished her 14 days quarantine and also gone back to work. The lady assisting her immediately threw a tantrum and became extremely rude to her. She refused to let her in, she was assisted in the sun outside, she pulled attention towards her and the whole thing was uncalled for as she is a client of yours who did not expect such treatment.
