Discontinue and reimbur*****t
With reference to policy DS*** at R194 premium monthly. The person to whom the policy was taken has died in the same month. I have reversed and stopped the policy debit order last time. This time around it has been protected by debit check status. Please discontinue this policy and reimburse me with same monies deducted immediately.
