Disappointing service

Wow! Sanlam Personal Loan Application is a nightmare to deal with. I app**** 2 weeks ago till date I have received zero response. Each time I call in I am given a different story. FROM they tried to call you, yet I had no miscalls from them to it is with the underwriters, they have escalated the matter yet here we are! Today I called spoke to a Zethu who sounded so irritated that I was on the call, put me on hold for a long while only for me to call back and get straight to her, she advised she can't give me timeframes once it is with the underwriters. Please can someone assist me! Now I get told to send an clearer ID and selfie yet again when it was sent previously!!
