Disappointing Experience with Sanlam Investment

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sanlam Investment. Initially, the consultant was enthusiastic and reassuring, but when I needed to withdraw my funds, they are giving me the runaround.

Currently unemployed, I urgently require my invested amount. However, Sanlam is only willing to release a portion of my investment, citing unclear reasons. This was never disclosed during the account opening process.

The call center consultant struggled to provide a coherent explanation and became unprofessional during our conversation.

Due to this frustrating experience, I'll be canceling my Sanlam Rewards program as well.
