Disappointed with the service Safrican provided.

I'm very disappointing with their service, if they are not debiting the clients account they not answering your calls the phone just rings with no answer, if that's not enough when someone answers and you need to be directed to someone they on lunch or unavailable. They are spiraling out of control and this has been going on for a long time.
