Disappointed with Sanlam

They don't even deserve a star.Sanlam I'm sooo disappointed by them I took a life cover policy 2018 which was very good up until I bought a house last yea. I wanted to do cession with it but I have to add income protector to qualify for cession with Sahomeloan which I wanted to cancel Sahomeloan life cover because I was paying both.Today after 7 months of struggling to get what I wanted I decided to cancel their policy and continue with Sahomeloan they're refusing to cancel it and claim to have done it,thats where Sahomeloan says they can't cancel my policy up until this has been sorted out. It has been 7 months paying for 2 life covers that I don't afford they've failed to assist me but still they don't want me to cancel the policy.They don't even bother to call you when you need assistance.
