Disappointed with Assupol life

I am so disappointed and angry with company called Assupol, my mother passed away in May 2025 and submitted my documents same week to date the life covet is not paid, they requested claim statements from the medical aid, which i sent. And have not received any feedback from Annalize, who was assisting me and rude. I called and left massages for her to call me but nothing date. I am so angry caz it seems like they don't want to pay for the policy and I have provided the information they needed. I will never take a policy with them.
