Disappointed in the time management and lack of communication.

Between my former employer of Bytes document solutions div (Altron) and Sanlam I'm battling to get my Funds.

I have bumped a company vehicle over 5/6 + months back and 1stly my employer forcee me to pay full panel beating fees and not the cheapest one eather actually the most expensive qoute they got.I pleeded to go through the insurance and I can pay the access. They cold hartedley refused.

They started deducting money from my salary and so Fourth . Now that I resigned they have send the vehicle to be accessed by an accesor from insurance company.

I have send a number of emails over about 3 months period.I have to send 2/3 mails just to get a reply from HR at my previous employment.

The now keeping advicing that they are awaiting the accessors feedback and obviously my funds are not getting payed as they want to deduct from my providend fund before releasing Ballance of the fund.

Am I being unreasonable as I have to send mail after mail just to maybe get feedback and we still at the same place.

Between Sanlam and Bytes document solutions div of Altron there is a huge issue.

I'm disappointed that they are holding my funds till they decide what they want to do over 3 months and once that's done one day..... then I have to wait again for 4weeks+ for Sanlam s process and for them to pay out .

And I did advise on mail today that I'm writing this on hello Peter and will be getting advice on how to get this resolved
