Disappointed
I have trusted them with my RA for so long until I requested the update on my policy(refering to RA) and they gave me a name "Ms K. Gijana" . And I have been waiting to hear from them as I told them I AM NOT K. GIJANA and I am in no way to be related to her. All they said was that they do not have any RA with me(being Ms K Gijana that I am not) . I provided with ID number as I believe I cant share it with anyone. Still awaiting response.
