DISAPPOINTED - CLAIM NEVER ATTENDED TO

I'm infuriated by Sanlam , my claim was submitted from February this year for temp disability claim and no feedback was ever given , I called too many times and I never got assistance, the employer also followed up many times but I never got the payout or any feedback at all. I ended up resigning because it was too taxing for me to keep on following up on this . Disappointed. I have all transcripts as supporting evidence.I should sue Sablan entlek

To this day I haven't received any tangible feedback, when I ask Sanlam for solid evidence of their communications,they just ghost me .
