disappointed by safrican insurance company

this company shame i give up....shame still even today we haven't be helped with my grandmother claim...

its a month later still no help and we have 3 more policies with this company if anyone can help me claim the money i have been paying all this years or some kinder refund i can get cause they didn't payout one of the account if anyone can help me than by all mean please help me out.
