Disappointed at SANLAM' team, while my planner was a maternity

In March I met a humble, dedicated, friendly lady Mpho Tsolo. I was happy with her and her service, the sour service started when she was on maternity leave. I cannot explain the way I’m so disappointed with SANLAM, Mpho has been there for me till this day. But I still don't get it, how come SANLAM such a big company not consider/think for others. While Mpho was still on maternity leave I had to do medical tests etc., the helpful lady had to arrange her hubby to fetch me and take me to Dr coz her baby was not even a month old then. My big question is for her Manager/Supervisor couldn't he/she make plans for Mpho situation or clients ? Don't they have other advisers to assist in such times? Where is TEAM WORK in all of this??? A New Mum on her maternity leave, she must try assist me and go all out asking her supporting Husband to assist with her clients. Whether the husband is working for Sanlam or not, what if he's in another Department/ other side on the business. Sanlam is a big company I am so disappointed as a NEW CLIENT with SANLAM, I didn't see family unity. At my work place I can proudly say it, even if I was on 4-6months maternity leave our clients will Never face or go through what I went through. I inboxed and called Mpho day in and night.

I have 1 question for Sanlam, let’s say God blesses her with another job, Promo or what so ever.... Without her will I feel accommodated as a client? Will my needs be met, my questions will they be answered?? Will I have a planner to assist me? Cause my experience with SANLAM I personal doubt.

Mpho Tsolo has been the best person ever but for the company she is working for I can’t really say SAME. Maybe SANLAM managers/supervisors/staff will only introduce themselves to me when she’ no longer with you. I’m sure I’m not the only client, I AM A CLIENT OF SANLAM not Mpho' duty
