Disappointed and very slow with service

I am trying to login my account but I am told I must trying using my ID I do that the site tells me to try with my email.

Then I go on their WhatsApp site for assistance you will wait about 1-3 hours for an agent to assist you mxm this ridiculous and I need to apply for an emergency 2 pot yeeerr
