DISAPPOINTED AGAIN!!
Please help let me not call again to fix the spelling errors made all the time, I'm not sure how your team manages to repeat a spelling error on 2 names 3 times, its like you guys are sabotaging us or something. I am very disappointed because when I encounter an accident or problem you guys really refuse to help you did it before with my late sister whereby you refused to assist . the 6 months premium was paid up but because of the wrong info provided by your agents I had to struggle with my late sister's burial worst time I had with Assupol because of bad service. the sameting can happen because of a wrong spelled name as if it's my fault honestly its disappointing and sad.
I really like and recommend ASSUPOL but to be honest the staff is providing bad service, it doesn't stand up or present the the companies values as they should.
