Disappointed
Customers service at Assupol is very bad. One of the agent was very rude to me when i was there for two different issues. she told me she wont assist me because my policy dose not pay her salary. i asked her what if something was to happen to me then she said she does not care. dose this mean every month Assupol will debit money from my account but when i need to consult i get negative vibes? i am so disappointed
