Disappointed

Im very disappointed and disgusted with the service i have received, i don't understand why would i big company like Sanlam employ a bunch of lies who are not professional . i received a call on the 13 October 2015 from a lady called Candice Cupido offering me to increase my Retirement plan, firstly i told her i want an increase of R50 and she told me i can only increase it by R150 which came as a surprise because its my money and i can increase it with any amount i like however i did agree to increase it with R150 which will make a total of 411 a month and i told her i want the debit order to start at the end of November and she did not have a problem with that she told me she will send me some documents which i did receive. On the documents she sent i noticed that the start of the increase was 27 October 2015 of which i asked about it and she told me not to worry the first debit order of R4110 will start at the end of November and she also mentioned that she cannot change the dates on the documents, to my surprise on 23 October 2015 debit order of R411 from sanlam was deducted not only was i surprise but was disappointed also. i want to cancel the increase on my retirement plan
