Disability salary reduction with out notice

I am currently on disability under sanlam and getting paid through medscheme holdings My salary was reduced by R5000 with no notice no explanation not even a heads-up my health is detouriating My health as we speak I was admitted last due to relapsing and now this my disability claim number: medscheme holdings (code 29804)

I do not understand how they expect someones health to recuperate if they are a contributing factor
