Disability insurance claim

I was medical separated at work 08 September 2021 sanlam have started paying my insurance cover for few months eventually they stopped and suggested that I should send them my current certificate of fitness and CT Scan of which I did in April 2023. However, till this day I have not received my disability allowance. Attempts to contact Sanlam have resulted to a hult and no responses have been sent to me hence my rating is one star.
