Disability Cover

My name is Nicolas Jacob Lukhozi I wrote two weeks ago and I haven't received any feedback from Sanlam

My problem was that I was medical separated from 08 September 2021 at my work. I have join a Disability Cover with Sanlam which they have paid for few months then they have stopped paying the cover and required m to do a recent fitness report and CT scan of which I did submit it around April but up until now they haven't responded I even went to my former work and Sanlam offices of which they have promised to help me but up until now I haven't received any feedback.
