disability claim

We have a permanent disability claim with spl claims and I have send forms already for about 3 to 4 different people and every time someone else asked they I must send again forms I just can't take it anymore where is it going to stop we have paid our accounts every month now my husband just get a few rands and we don't have money pay this account we are waiting for several months now and they just want again and again forms our other insured claims we had no problems but sanlam at spl claims it just got lots off stories please help us
