Difficult processes that should be easy

Getting a tax certificate from Sanlam is like squeezing a rock for water. it’s been 2 weeks going on 3 weeks after numerous calls and and emails. I don’t know how many 3 working days have past waiting for the tax certificate. I wouldn’t even think about investing with them in the future because if they make requesting a tax certificate such a painful experience I wouldn’t want to experience them having to process a claim!
