Delayed Pension Fund Payment

Unacceptable and poor service from Sanlam. Retirement claim for my employee submitted on the 23rd of May. Outstanding tax number submitted on the 2d of June. Was told payment will take 30 days. Almost two months now. Payment not yet done. They don't give feedback and if they do answer the phone, you are told it was escalated to the manager.
