Delayed payout

The way I have been doing follow-ups regarding my provident fund, it's really sad to see that most people are complaining about the delays that come with it, It's been months now if it's not this it's that, my e-mails are being ignored no follow-ups like I need to run after you guys can my issue be resolved so that I can leave you guys alone! To think I took my pension fund with you guys I might as well cancel because I can't imagine myself old and struggling like I am now.
