Delayed payout
My provident fund claim form was given to Sanlam. Weeks later I have heard nothing and the broker makes excuses as to why it hasn't been paid out. I have had no joy out of this. The service and communication is non-existent. How long can it possibly take to do a simple payout!?<br> I would like to know where my money is?!
